Thank you for the productive discussion at the final settlement conference yesterday, Wednesday, July 28, 2010.

I am pleased with the outcome, which consists of $50,000 in monetary compensation in the Release of All Claims and non-pecuniary compensation in the Addendum 1, 1-7, and 8.

It is my sincere hope that this substantial settlement will deter future incidents and greatly reduce the number of claims.

I wish for peaceful enjoyment of our great city and to restore police credibility in Anaheim.
