I hope it becomes well known that I did not aim to hurt Risk Management. My purpose was to bring transparency to a claims process that is a mystery to most people and resolve my claim to a fair and substantial settlement with the sincere hope to deter future incidents and greatly reduce the number of claims.

I am pleased with the outcome, which consists of $50,000 in monetary compensation in the Release of All Claims and non-pecuniary compensation in the Addendum 1, 1-7, and 8.

I wish for peaceful enjoyment of our great city and to restore police credibility in Anaheim.
